The client receives a tailored program designed to meet their specific fitness requirements.

Support is available to the client outside of training sessions for questions, progress feedback, and ongoing motivation.

A baseline assessment of body composition is conducted, including measurements of weight, blood pressure, body fat, and BMI (body mass index).

A comprehensive physiological evaluation is performed, focusing on aspects such as cardiovascular fitness, core function, muscular endurance, and flexibility, based on the client’s individual needs and goals.

A detailed exercise program is created to facilitate fat loss, promote lean muscle growth, and improve stability, mobility, flexibility, strength, cardiovascular fitness, and overall performance.

The client is given a nutrition plan that includes dietary guidelines and supplements.

The trainer implements strategies to encourage healthy lifestyle changes in the client, enhancing their commitment to a fitness routine.

The trainer also addresses key psychological and emotional factors that are vital for achieving long-term success.

  • FitCamp is a dynamic boot camp class that offers two workouts in one session.

  • It merges cardio drills with muscle conditioning exercises for the ultimate circuit training experience.

  • You can burn between 400 to 800 calories through a range of classes that may include jump ropes, boxing drills, free weights, and a touch of friendly competition.

  • Prepare for surprises in these full-body Boot Camp classes, filled with variety and plenty of fun.

  • Although this fitness program is designed to be challenging, the team-oriented approach and personalized attention foster an environment that welcomes individuals of all fitness levels.

LIFESTYLE COACHING

  • This service is designed for individuals with busy lifestyles who want to stay connected with a trainer for guidance and accountability in achieving their fitness goals.

  • Clients enjoy the advantages of personal training without the need for regular in-person meetings.

  • Each week, clients have access to up to two hours of the trainer's time via phone or internet.

  • This service is offered in one-month increments only.

NUTRITION COUNSELING

  • A single, one-hour session where the client receives a personalized meal plan.

  • The client also receives guidance on lifestyle changes to enhance their success with the plan.
